We have a passion for delivery. We recognise professional testing is a superb tool to enable delivery, but is never an end in itself. Too often essential IT change is derailed by not having the independent feedback and evaluation that a structured quality methodology and the Quality Assurance role can provide. By providing timely, accurate and bias free feedback, management can take the appropriate decisions and focus the correct attention upon any lagging project performance in a timely fashion to ensue successful delivery. All too often internal or third party suppliers wish to paint a positive picture, when a more grounded assessment of progress would enable the necessary decisions and responses to be made to keep on track.

We firmly believe there is no reason for costly IT failures, when implementing our Quality Methodology can uncover weaknesses or issues early enough to be addressed rapidly and cost effectively.

Between the directors we have over 60 years IT experience, including technical and managerial roles,40 of those in Senior Quality and Test Management positions – often for household name companies or premier league consultancies. Our experience encompasses key technologies including Oracle, SAP and Microsoft ERP systems, Shared Service Centre setup/Call Centres, Content and document management on IBM Websphere WCM, Oracle Web Center, UCM and MS SharePoint (Collaboration & Web).
